On January 3, 2023 at approximately 9:00 pm Pomona PD received a call of a male adult suffering from gunshot wounds who was transported to a local hospital.  Emergency staff treated the victim but he later succumbed to his injuries.

Investigators from the Pomona Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit responded and began an extensive investigation. During the investigation, witnesses were interviewed and a suspect was arrested. The investigation is on-going to determine the motive, corroborate statements, and gather evidence.
