On September 5, 2022 at approximately 6:45pm, Pomona PD received a call of a male adult suffering from gunshot wounds in the area of Monterey Ave. and San Antonio Ave. Paramedics from LA County Fire responded and transported the victim to a local hospital. The victim was treated at the hospital but succumbed to his injuries.

Investigators from the Pomona Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit responded and began an extensive investigation. The motive for the crime is not yet known..
