On 3/09/2022 at 0011 hours (12:11 am) Officers with the Pomona Police Department responded to the 200 block of Ridgeway St. in Pomona after a caller a subject laying in the roadway. Officers located a male adult victim, who appeared to have been struck by gunfire. A second male adult victim was located several yards away and appeared to have also been struck by gunfire. Members of the L.A. Co. Fire Department responded and pronounced both victims deceased at the scene.

Detectives with the Pomona Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit responded to assume the investigation. At this time, the suspect in the shootings is unknown and the motive for the killing is also unknown. It is believed that the shootings may have occurred at approx. 2230 hours on Tuesday, March 8th, 2022.

On 2/02/2022 officers from the Pomona Police Department -responded- to the 300 block of E. Foothill Blvd in Pomona, after a caller reported hearing gunshots in the area. Officers discovered a male adult victim with a gunshot wound. The victim was treated at the scene for his injuries, but he eventually succumbed to them and was pronounced dead by members of the LA County Fire Department, who had also responded. The investigation was taken over by detectives from the Pomona Police Department's Major Crimes Unit. At this time, the suspect in the shooting is unknown, as is the motive for the killing.
